Built for solo tradespeople and small businesses, Axel picks up calls, screens leads, answers common questions, and sends summaries via SMS—all in English or Spanish. Solution

We implemented a full-stack .NET solution using Blazor Server for the admin portal and ASP.NET Core for APIs and the marketing site. Azure Speech Services enables real-time transcription and natural voice playback, while Azure OpenAI provides dynamic conversation handling and lead qualification scoring. A multi-step onboarding wizard helps new users set up their business info, voice style, and call forwarding rules. Users can customize their AI agent’s greeting, business hours, supported services, and notification preferences. Stripe handles subscription billing, with support for discount codes and usage tracking.
